Convenience retail

Ensuring your brand is well-stocked in convenience stores is one of the best ways you can be confident your products are there when shoppers need them most. But, with 71% of the country's 48,590 convenience stores independently run, engaging with these businesses is no easy task.

Creating success in convenience needs gradual and continuous work, with messages carefully crafted in a way that retailers will believe and implement. In 2022, we founded our Retail Excellence Panel, a group of top store owners who we meet with to test campaign ideas, gain feedback and share inspiration and insight.

Corporate PR and incident management

In October 2022 we took the Quorn electric food truck on the road to two major headquarters – William Reed and Tesco. The tour was designed to strengthen media and buyer relationships and we received lots of requests for another visit.

Charlotte has been with MTJ PR since 2016, joining as a Social Media and PR Executive and quickly progressing. She takes the lead across several of our highest profile clients including Barr Soft Drinks, Quorn and Republic Technologies. Charlotte manages consumer and trade campaigns, organising events, and develops creative ideas. She also plays a key role in mentoring junior members of the team.
