We’re delighted to welcome Smylie Ltd on board as a new client. The award winning export and logistics company supplies over 15,000 products to 30 locations across the world including British favourites Cadbury, Coleman’s Mustard, Aunt Bessie’s and Bird’s Eye.
The company has also recently completed the development of its first branded product. The King’s Deli crisps range has been created in the UK using British potatoes. It was launched to overcome the limited choice they were able to offer customers. The King’s Deli range provides the perfect solution and comprises eight flavours that are ideally suited to different export markets.
MTJA will be working with the team at Smylie’s to build on their reputation as a leading business and employer in Wirral. We’ll also be developing a strategy to relaunch the company’s Processing and Logistics division to reach decision makers at leading food and drink brands.
The company is based in a state of the art, purpose built 30,000 sq ft facility in Wirral and manages and ships ambient, chilled and frozen food and drink to overseas customers including Embassies, distributors, foodservice companies and supermarkets including the Carrefour Group which, with 1,500 stores worldwide, is one of the largest supermarket groups in the world.
